Sound Baths

About Sound Healing:

During this Sound Bath, you'll be enveloped in a symphony of healing frequencies. The instruments will be intuitively selected and may include crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Tingshas, Crystal Pyramid, Crystal Merkaba, Ocean Drum, Thunder Drum, Indigenous Rattle and Drum and other healing frequencies. These melodic vibrations resonate deeply within your being, promoting relaxation, inner harmony, and energy alignment.

Public Group Sound Baths: $33

Join one of our group sound baths. See the registration form on this page for class dates/time and to register.

What we provide: We provide yoga mats, pillows and blanket for your comfort. We encourage you to lay down during the session and allow the sound to relax you into a meditative state.

​

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a container of water. No need to bring anything else.

​

Arrive on time: We graciously ask you to please arrive 5 to 10minutes prior to the event so that you can settle in. The doors will be closed at once we're ready to begin and no one will be allowed to enter once the Sound Bath has begun to minimize disruption for the other Sound Bath participants.

Cancellation Policy:

The $33 public group Sound Bath event fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please feel free to gift the entry to a friend if you are unexpectedly able to attend.

1-on-1 Sessions have a 48hr cancel policy. 50% is due for last minute cancellations (with less than 48hr notice.)

​

Private Group sound baths have a 7-day cancel policy. 50% is due for last minute cancellations (with less than 7-day notice.)
