Boy oh boy! 2025 Really knows how to make an entrance! It's felt a little like whiplash with all of the events we've had to contend with this month! Hopefully, 2025 is just getting all the big stuff out of the way and the rest of the year is a piece of cake.


Life's challenges can be overwhelming, but resilience allows us to adapt, heal, and emerge stronger.


Resilience isn’t about avoiding difficulties but about learning to navigate them with grace and courage. One of the most effective ways to foster resilience is through consistent self-care practices that nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
