Thai Massage

Thai Massage is performed on the client while they are fully clothed. The Thai massage therapist uses their palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to compress muscles, release the fascia, stimulate acupressure points, and stretch the body allowing it to relax, open, and decompress. Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice that restores balance, relieves pain and encourages health and vitality. Thai Massage is a very deep tissue massage and is NOT recommended for those who prefer light pressure such as Swedish massage.

Table Thai

This Thai Massage session is performed on a massage table, instead of on the floor. This is a perfect session for clients who have difficulty getting onto the floor or getting up from the floor. This session is performed on the client while they are fully clothed. Thai Massage is a very deep tissue massage and is NOT recommended for those who prefer light pressure such as Swedish massage.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

It is beneficial in treating autoimmune diseases, post-traumatic edema/sports injuries, migraines, fibromyalgia, post-surgical swelling, and lymphedema. MLD activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and detoxification of the skin and superficial fascia. This is a very gentle and light rhythmic touch that opens up the superficial lymphatic vessels to aid the body in moving interstitial fluid to the lymph nodes so it can be cleansed before returning to the circulatory system. No lotion or oil is used in this treatment.
